URC, BLM to align for Accelerate Michigan

In a press release issued today, the URC, which consists of MSU, UM, and Wayne State, are planning on forming a partnership with Business Leaders for Michigan to create seamless technology transfer between the state's research universities and its businesses. The overall plan is to try and recreate in Michigan what already exists in Massachusetts, North Carolina, and California, and make Michigan a top state for innovation and economic growth.
