University of Michigan Robotics Team to Compete in Australia
The University of Michigan Multi Autonomous Ground-robotic International Challenge is off to Australia to compete in a competition organize by the defense departments of the US and Australia.
The competition is to build an unmanned robot that is capable of thinking for itself and defusing bombs. There is $750,000 of research money on the line.
